I tried not to overdo it on decorations and details because I wanted to make simple cakes that can be prepared easily and still look beautiful, and with the most important thing in mind, their taste and texture.

My Christmas no longer rvolves around a luxurious Christmas tree, or the many gifts that I could receive. I rather find ways to give back to two or three families who need to at least have a decent Christmas Eve, and not go to bed hungry.
