I love the idea of preparing Irish soda bread in personal size loaves. They make perfect gift ideas for friends and family. I used the Irish soda bread recipe that I shared last year. Its yield is: one loaf, or in this case four 5" loaves, but if you want it smaller loaves you can get five 4" loaves. This is a quick bread recipe that's easy to prepare with positive results always.
