Mini Irish Soda Bread

I love the idea of preparing Irish soda bread in personal size loaves. They make perfect gift ideas for friends and family. I used the Irish soda bread recipe that I shared last year. Its yield is: one loaf, or in this case four 5" loaves, but if you want it smaller loaves you can get five 4" loaves. This is a quick bread recipe that's easy to prepare with positive results always. If you haven't already baked this bread, it is time for you to try it :)

Get your tea cups or coffee and enjoy!

  2. My daughter and I tried making Irish Soda bread for her grandmother who is from Dublin. It didn't work out too well. I'm going to give this a try. Have a good week. :)

    1. This recipe is fairly, just keep in mind that the dough is a little crumbly and not as soft as other breads made with yeast. It has a biscuit like texture. I'll be testing it this weekend with my daughter, she want to make it all by herself.

Have a great week Kristin :)
